An inclusive economy is one where everyone – including Indigenous, Black, and racialized people living in Canada, as well as other traditionally underrepresented groups in our economy – can show up as they are and succeed. As we work to rebuild our economy, we cannot afford to leave anyone behind.

HireNext is a free made-in-Canada tool that helps employers better hire and retain diverse, young talent. By helping employers better recruit, screen, onboard and most importantly retain entry-level talent, HireNext takes the guesswork out of creating more open, accessible, and inclusive hiring and HR practices.

YouthConnect

YouthConnect equips youth and youth workers with critical pre-employment skills that are relevant across sectors. For the last six years, we have worked across Toronto, Hamilton, Calgary, Halifax, and more.
