Our Past Initiatives

In response to a global conversation on systemic racism, leaders and organizations have committed to working harder to take real and meaningful action.
The opportunity for action lay in 2016 research from the Canadian Mental Health Association that showed forty-two percent of Canadian business leaders wanted to take action to address workplace mental health but hadn’t yet due to barriers such as lack of time, resources, or know-how.
The Forum focused on three interconnected opportunities: helping young adults enter or re-enter the workforce; supporting mental wellbeing and combating loneliness; and building and maintaining trust in our communities and leaders.

Whether you’re strengthening your leadership through a program or engaging with an initiative advancing regional priorities, you are part of a broader effort to shape a more inclusive and livable GTHA.
