With almost two decades of experience in sustainability, ESG, and DEI across three countries—China, the UK, and Canada—Dani is a seasoned professional with a rich global perspective. From responsible investment and sustainability consulting to financial services, she has led impactful initiatives across a range of industries, including the creation of a financial inclusion program at RBC that provided basic financial products and services to survivors of human trafficking. A results-driven leader, Dani is passionate about creating meaningful change and fostering inclusion. She believes that an inclusive GTHA is a place designed with the needs of all its residents in mind—prioritizing accessibility, affordability, innovation, and ensuring that public spaces and services are available to everyone.
