Lilit Simonyan is a globally experienced leader in the public and nonprofit sectors, with a passion for building inclusive systems and advancing social change across continents. As Partnerships Manager at Infrastructure Ontario, she fosters cross-government collaboration to develop resilient and future-ready infrastructure. Lilit is also the Co-Founder of LYP Training and Consulting, a social enterprise recognized with the 2024 BMO Celebrating Women Award for its impact in advancing leadership and economic empowerment for women and equity-deserving groups. Originally from Armenia, she founded a youth-focused NGO recognized by the Prime Minister and the International Youth Foundation for its civic impact. Lilit remains deeply committed to strengthening responsive public systems and creating lasting impact in Canada.
