Susan DeLisle (she/her) is Vice President, Philanthropy at CivicAction, where she leads the organization’s revenue strategy and builds partnerships that advance solutions to the region’s most pressing civic challenges. Guided by a belief that everyone deserves an equitable opportunity to thrive, she has spent her career mobilizing leaders and resources across Canada’s academic, health, and research sectors to drive lasting impact. As a member of the Executive Management Team, Susan helps position CivicAction for long term sustainability while fostering a collaborative, high performing culture. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and staying connected to what is happening across the city.
