In the face of unprecedented global challenges, 2022/23 emerged as a pivotal year for CivicAction as we continued our commitment to tackle pressing issues confronting the Greater Toronto & Hamilton Area (GTHA). The aftermath of the pandemic and heightened discussions on systemic racism and inequality emphasized the urgent need for collective action and social cohesion. Looking ahead to our twentieth year, CivicAction calls for united efforts to shape an inclusive urban agenda for the region’s future success, urging all changemakers to join us on this transformative journey.
