Roadmap to Revitalization
The Greater Toronto Marketing Alliance (GTMA) is a public-private partnership whose vision is to “be recognized as the primary marketing voice for attracting international investment and employment to the Greater Toronto Area” (GTA).

While it has achieved some notable successes, there is an acknowledged need to revitalize and restructure the organization if it is to achieve its full potential. A blue ribbon “Strategy Group” was assembled to provide input from the perspective of multiple stakeholder groups. PwC was engaged to work with the Strategy Group and GTMA staff to assess the current situation, identify the specific changes that are needed, and create a “roadmap to revitalization”. We would like to acknowledge the valuable input and feedback received from the Strategy Group, GTMA staff and other stakeholders that were consulted throughout this process.
