Better Child Care in the GTHA

As part of CivicAction’s Better City Bootcamp in 2015, participants drove attention to five interrelated themes that could help transform our region, including the importance of the “first 1,000 days” in a child’s life.

To find ways that the region’s labour market can better leverage the skills and talent that immigrants bring, CivicAction and Maytree formed TRIEC in 2002.

Under the Influence: Anti-Sex Trafficking Awareness Campaign

The signs of an unhealthy relationship aren’t always obvious. To educate people on the issue of sex-trafficking and to help keep more young people safe, CivicAction worked with over 20 cross-industry partners to develop the Under the Influence campaign.
